## Summary

The inteli.one website collects minimal data. We do not use cookies, analytics, ads, or tracking scripts. The only personal data we collect is your email address if you voluntarily join our waitlist.

### Waitlist form

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

- your email address,

- your language preference (selected locale),

- a one-way hash of your IP address (for rate limiting — we do not store your actual IP),

- timestamp of your consent.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the required checkbox.

### Contact by email

If you email us at kontakt@inteli.one, we process your email address and message content to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

### Local storage

We store your language preference in your browser's localStorage. This is not personal data and does not require consent under GDPR.

## 3. What we do not collect

This Website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, does not display ads, and does not embed third-party content that could track you.

We do not share your personal data with third parties. Waitlist data is stored on our own servers within the EU.

## 5. Data retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request removal or until we complete the launch notification process. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, then deleted.

You have the right to:

- access your personal data,

- rectify inaccurate data,

- request erasure ("right to be forgotten"),

- restrict processing,

- data portability,

- withdraw consent at any time,

- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
